Comprehensive Business Evaluation

Before you change anything, see the business clearly.

A structured evaluation of how your company actually operates today — the structure, the rhythm, the numbers, the people, the offer, and the systems underneath it all — delivered as a written assessment you can act on.

An honest picture is not a verdict. It is the first advantage.

What gets examined

Six areas, reviewed structurally.

Not a survey and not a sales call. Each area is examined against how the business is actually run, and reported plainly.

01

Structure

How the business is organized, where the owner is still the mechanism, and what has to change for it to run without constant supervision.

02

Operating rhythm

The meetings, reviews, and decisions that hold a month together — what exists, what is missing, and what is only happening in your head.

03

Financial command

The numbers you should be able to see on demand, reviewed as management information rather than tax paperwork.

04

People and accountability

Who owns what, where responsibility is unclear, and which roles the business is quietly waiting on.

05

Offer and positioning

Whether what you sell, and the price you sell it at, reflects the value and the standard of the work.

06

Systems and documentation

The workflows that carry your reputation, and whether they hold up when you are not watching.

Investment

$1,997 total. A $997 deposit begins the work.

The deposit reserves the engagement and starts the review; the balance is due on delivery of the written evaluation. Arrangements are confirmed directly with Diane Veal & Co.

The evaluation is educational and structural in nature. It is not individualized financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice; your own attorney and CPA remain your advisors on those matters.

Request the evaluation

Tell Diane where the business is.

Share a little about the company and what you would like to be true a year from now. Diane reviews each request personally and replies with next steps, including how the deposit is arranged.

If the evaluation is not the right starting point for you, she will say so plainly.

Clarity is not a luxury. It is the cheapest thing you will ever buy.
